If you represent an organisation (e.g. a charity, community group, society, club or other such body) that facilitates or is directly involved in the provision of community based activities, services, goods or facilities to the residents of the parish of Marcham then you may wish to apply for a grant (minimum £250). Before submitting a Grant Application please take the time to review our Grant Making Policy as this will help you to understand whether your organisation may be eligible for a grant. Allocation makes the best use of available funds.
Assessment of the application to determine whether the request should be short-listed for support. Requests not shortlisted are rejected.
Approval of the short-listed applications by the Trustees. Each Trustee has an equal vote and, in the event of a tie, the Chairperson has the deciding vote. Grants not approved are rejected. The outcome decision will be communicated within two weeks of each Anson Trust meeting (quarterly).
Verification of the grant where practicable to ensure that it has been spent in accordance with the conditions under which it was given. This will normally be done personally by two or more Trustees.
